The app

These terms apply to the ZoneTempo iPhone app and this website. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, these terms add to it for ZoneTempo Pro.

Your safety

• ZoneTempo is for general fitness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat anything.
• Pace, distance and heart-rate readings can be wrong. Don't rely on them for medical decisions.
• Check with a doctor before starting hard training if you have a heart condition or other health concerns.
• Stay aware of traffic and your surroundings. Keep the volume at a level where you can hear what's around you.

ZoneTempo Pro

• Pro costs €7.99 per month or €59.99 per year in euros; the App Store shows the price for your country.
• Your first 3 Pro runs are free, once per device. They are not a subscription and nothing renews.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Pro coaching needs an internet connection. When the server can't be reached, or a run's fair-use limit is reached, the coach continues with the iPhone voice and rule-based cues.

Fair use

Don't try to reverse engineer, overload or misuse the app or its server, or use it to generate content for anything other than your own runs. We may limit or suspend access when that happens.

Changes and availability

We improve ZoneTempo all the time, so features can change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date at the top. WHOOP is a trademark of WHOOP, Inc.; ZoneTempo is independent and not affiliated with WHOOP.
